The leap day is normally found in a leap year. haha! the leap year comes every four years, and if you want to remember when is a leap year, it is always in the year of the olympics. eg: this year, 29 Feb, olympic year. oh yeah, you know how the leap day is in February, on a leap year the 28th of Feb gets an extra day so you get 29th of Feb.

ooh i know. every year is 365 and 1/4 days. so every 4 years they turn the quarters into a day.
